Navigating insurance options can feel like a task in itself, so let’s make it simple. I accept both out-of-network insurance and am contracted (in-network) with Optum/UBH and Medicare. If you have questions about your specific insurance plan and how it applies to therapy sessions with me, please don’t hesitate to reach out. My goal is to make therapy as accessible and affordable as possible so that finances aren’t a barrier to receiving the care you deserve.
